KOMBUCHA KOCKTAIL RECIPES
Try out some virgin booch recipes:
4 oz Raspberry Kombucha
3 oz Sparkling Water
1 tsp Fresh Lime Juice
Serve over ice.
Garnish with raspberries and fresh mint
for a healthy virgin cocktail.
KOMBUCHA MOSCOW MULE
4 oz Hibiscus Ginger or Just Ginger Kombucha
2 oz Ginger Beer (option to omit and add more booch)
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
Garnish with fresh lime and mint sprig
(Make it a traditional Mule by adding 2 oz Vodka - we won't judge!)
3/4 cup Beau-Tea-Ful Morning Kombucha
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
serve on ice
garnish with an orange slice
For a Boozy Booch cocktail, try:
SPICED APPLE PIE
6oz The Apple of My Chai Kombucha
2oz Apple Juice
1.5oz Zubrowka Bison Vodka
Serve over ice.
Garnish with cinnamon stick & apple slice.
Cranberry Chill Kombucha
*rim glass in maple syrup and crushed candy canes for a special holiday treat!
BOOCH ON THE BEACH
1.5 oz Malibu Rum
5 oz Mango Lassi Kombucha
2 oz orange juice
dash of grenadine
garnish with fruit and citrus
8 oz Hibiscus-Ginger Kombucha
1 oz gin
freshly squeezed lime
garnish with lime
Pair your favourite white wine with kombucha.
Best of both worlds.
1 cup fresh cranberry sauce (homemade is best!)
12 oz vodka
500 ml bottle cranberry chill
125 ml sparkling water
*blend and serve! Great as a Thanksgiving or Christmas Holiday cocktail!
8 oz The Apple of My Chai (or Meta-Boost)
1 oz Spiced Rum
cinnamon stick to garnish
8 oz Strawberry Mint Kombucha
0.5 oz vodka
0.5 oz strawberry vodka
garnish with fresh strawberry and mint
*option to rim with sugar
For a batch combine:
3/4 750ml bottle red wine (maybe the other 1/4 accidentally fell into your mouth while you were preparing?!)
12oz Raspberry Kombucha
1/2 cup orange juice
fresh slices of lemon and lime
a handful of strawberries cut in half
fresh mint leaves
*Refrigerate for 1 hour, add 3/4 cup of lime Perrier, stir and serve!

From sunny and warm one day, to cold and blustery the next, it looks like Winter is now here to stay. We've enjoyed having people stop in to see our brewing location and we regret that we've missed some of you. As the brewery is for the production of our kombucha (mostly done after our daytime jobs) we aren't there on a regular basis. The Olive Tree health food store beside the LCBO in Deep River carries our kombucha on tap and is open Monday to Friday 9:00-6:00 and Saturday 10:00-5:00. At The Olive Tree you can buy 1L bottles, 12oz cups, and bring in your empties for our Big Booch refill program. Bonus: you can check out so many other great local products and health food options while you're there!
We joined some wonderful local vendors for a pop-up Christmas Market this past Friday evening. Featuring four flavours, we offered up our samples and 1L bottles for purchase alongside Engine House Coffee, The Hemp Cookie Company, Sigrid Naturals, Valley Girl Naturals, and Spring to Life Farm. So awesome to meet like-minded people who make such fantastic products right here in the Valley. Om for the Holidays was a great success and we want to say a big thank you to Shannon and Peter of White Pine Yoga for inviting us to their gorgeous studio for this event.
