This is HUGE! Our friends at EPIC Fitness + Lifestyle have welcomed our brew into their facility alongside their healthy smoothies and bulletproof lattes in the Basecamp Café.

EPIC Fitness + Lifestyle is a full service Personal Training studio, gym and alternative health care company located in the heart of Beechwood Village in Ottawa. EPIC offers a multitude of health services including Functional Personal Training, Holistic Nutrition, Physiotherapy, Naturopathy, Massage Therapy, Energy Healing, and Pelvic Health Therapy.

The movement room is also host to over 10 different group exercise classes taught by certified functional trainers, yoga instructors and movement instructors that help include HIIT classes, advanced classes, and various yoga classes. 

Founder, Stephanie Karlovits decided to take her longtime background in Personal Training and acquired designation of Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and overhaul her EPIC Fitness gym to become EPIC Fitness + LIFESTYLE. Stephanie acknowledged the lack of overall happiness and success in clients even after they had met their weightless or training goals, and dove deep into uncovering what REALLY worked. The 4 pillars of the EPIC LIFE were created, combining Functional Training, Holistic Nutrition, Nature and Self-Care to target every aspect of healthy living. 

A formula developed for success + highly trained professionals = an epic life !!

We are highly impressed with the facility and services. Having known Stephanie (and Kerri!) from working together back in the GoodLife Fitness days, we have seen the business grow from a dream to a reality and beyond. EPIC has now developed their own supplement product line!
