Gut Health Seminar

Sharing our knowledge about gut health has become our growing passion. Last evening we presented our first seminar all about the micro biome, the many influences and processes involved, and how to implement a healthy diet for optimal digestion and well-being. 

We're so thankful to have the support of friends, family and members of the community who participated.
