A new business is born and Cobden will have yoga classes!

Ottawa Valley Yoga celebrated its Grand Opening this week! Partnering with the Inner Strength Fitness Centre on Main Street, Megan Chase is excited to bring her love of yoga to the area.

The centre will host Hatha yoga and meditation classes and offer special events and group rates. There will be a pop-up shop in the studio featuring locally made products, including a fridge full of kombucha!
