We've tried something new! CRABAPPLE SUMAC!
Another locally harvested flavour made with ingredients from the beautiful Ottawa Valley.
We've hand-picked lots of crabapples in the area (thanks to friends and family!) and we're loving the fruity taste of this one!
A delicious brew that's not tot too tart, naturally sweet, and flush with flavour. Think freshly juiced apples with a hint of wild berries (and that's exactly what it is!).
Sumac berries are anti-inflammatory and a powerful antioxidant. Combined with Vitamin C from the crabapples, and the usual benefits of raw kombucha, this is the perfect beverage for this time of year.
Aaaaand Crabapple GINGER has returned!
We had to make use of every last drop of juiced crabapple, so back by popular demand is our Crabapple Ginger. Made with hand-picked local crabapples and freshly juiced organic ginger, this seasonal flavour is sure to please the palate (and help give your immune system a boost!).
